Marie Julie completed a Master’s degree in Project Management at the University of Quebec and holds a certification in Change Management. With over 30 years of experience as a leader and nearly 20 years as a manager within the federal government, she has led multidisciplinary teams of more than 420 people. Her management expertise spans several areas, including operational management, administrative management, quality assurance management, project management, and change management.
Since 2018, Marie Julie has been collaborating with Ax-One to deepen her knowledge in NeuroCoaching and use these tools to optimize her management approach and promote harmonious interactions with her teams. She now offers her services as a coach, trainer, and speaker in NeuroCoaching to help individuals reach their full potential, both personally and professionally.
Marie Julie’s approach is based on understanding the brain’s power and neuroceptive abilities to maximize each person’s potential and implement real changes focused on BEING, DOING, and HAVING. Her simple and structured approach not only allows for better emotional mastery but also raises awareness of how to interact more effectively with others to foster synergy and complicity in achieving common goals.
