For more than 10 years, we supported leaders and leadership teams. We saw them invest thousands of dollars, switch agencies, consultants, coaches, strategies. And a few months later, the same challenges came back. Teams lost alignment. Growth plateaued.

The problem was neither talent nor effort. Each specialist moved forward in their own area, but rarely in the same direction. The leader was left alone to connect everything.
