I learned how to perform. Today, I am also learning how tobe.
I became a coach after a period where I no longer recognized myself. As a mom, I doubted my decisions, felt overwhelmed, and had lost my joy for life. My coaching journey helped me understand that I could reclaim my place.
These realizations changed how I see myself, how I live my role as a mother, and how I understand my behaviors. I wanted to support those who experience the gap between a life that seems fine and how they feel inside.
I meet people who give their all, but doubt their worth as soon as they feel they aren’t measuring up.
At Ax•One, I support the humans behind the roles and responsibilities, so they can better understand how they function and find a balance to move forward differently.
Outside of work, you’ll find me in the mountains, hiking or taking on a challenge.
